1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your use of Críoch’s catering services and food delivery service. By placing an order or booking our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services Provided

  • Full Catering: We provide on-site catering for events where our staff will cook and serve food at your chosen location.
  • Delivery Service: We deliver pre-ordered dishes to the following areas in Wicklow:
    • Bray/Arklow: €15
    • West Wicklow: €20
    • Wicklow Town: €5
    • Rathnew/Greystones/Brittas: €10

3. Ordering and Delivery

  • Orders for delivery must be placed at least 3 days in advance.
  • Delivery times will be confirmed upon order, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Dietary Requirements

Customers are responsible for providing accurate dietary preferences and any allergy information. We will take all reasonable steps to accommodate these needs but cannot guarantee the absence of allergens in our food.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

For catering bookings, a 30% deposit is required at least one week before the event. This is non-refundable.

6. Liability

We are not liable for any damages, including but not limited to food allergies, unless due to our negligence.

8. Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances (such as extreme weather or supply chain disruptions), we may be unable to fulfil your order on the chosen date. We will notify you as soon as possible and provide an alternative arrangement or refund.

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will apply to any future orders.
